Born in Paris, I learned everything from my Moroccan mother. She taught me how to cook traditional mediterrannean dishes, mixing spicies carefully to make perfect flavours !!
I like to experiment with different tastes and textures, tingeing from the Brazilian culinary culture to create my own personal recipes.
Food reminds me of family, joy and healing. My dishes are inspired by Ghanaian traditional cuisine although I also like cooking other West African country’s traditional dishes too.
Food is my love language. Its my therapy and way of spreading joy. My specialty is seafood boil which I recreated after my year out in L.A., along with traditional Indian cuisine.
